Custom Processed Beef and Pork

We offer custom beef and pork as (1/4, 1/2, or whole beef) or (1/2 or whole hog).  Right now, we are taking orders for fall of 2026 for beef and are always taking orders for pork.  
We raise all our beef 100% grass-fed therefore our beef gets finished and processed in the fall, usually somewhere between September to November.  We charge $6.00/lb hanging weight for beef plus processing.  Hanging weight is the dressed carcass weight so just meat and bones.  Our beef has a hanging weight of approximately 500-550lbs and processing usually costs around $400-$500 for a whole beef.  We do require a non-refundable deposit of $50 per quarter (a 1/2 beef would be a $100 deposit) on our beef to be paid to get your name put on the beef list for your desired amount of beef.  This deposit will go towards your total amount later when the beef is finished.

The hog's slowdown in the wintertime but we usually start several groups a year so if you order pork, we should be able to get you the pork within a few months depending on availability.  We charge a flat rate of $400 for a whole hog and $275 for a half plus processing.  Processing usually costs approximately $200 for a whole hog.  Our hogs have a hanging weight of approximately 180lbs for a whole hog.  

All of our animals get processed at First Capitol Meats in Corydon, IN or Sanders processing in Celestine, IN.  You will be able to pick whatever cuts you want out of the animal and how you want it packaged.  You will be contacted when the animal goes to the processor and which one it's at.  Once the animal is there you will be sent an invoice for the meat.  You will contact the processor and give them your cut order, then when the meat is ready for pick up, they will contact you and you will pay them the processing fee.   Please fill out this contact form below if you're interested in any custom meat.  You can contact Teagon Gogel at 812-686-5306 with any questions or if you choose to order that way.  Thanks for choosing us to feed your family!
